Personal Training
After your fitness assessment, you will begin one-on-one personal training sessions with your coach. During these sessions, you will learn 35 to 40 key movements. You will build strength, speed, power, stamina. You will learn about proper warm-ups, mobility and recovery. You will develop better body awareness and will learn about injury-prevention. You will also tackle your diet, nutrition, and will work with your coach to discover the best fuel for your individual needs.
You will also be introduced to our Prehab/Rehab Team. Many people come to us with chronic pain or undisclosed injuries. We believe it’s important for you to address any old issues you have, and then heal them, so you can maximize your abilities. We have an RMT and stretch therapist available to help you with pre and post-workout care to keep you feeling good and injury-free. We also have a Saturday morning yoga class available.
You will set short and long-term goals and commit to a plan to achieve them. After 15 to 20 sessions, you will be ready to graduate to group classes.
